We aim to have most of our dispatched within 5-7 working days, but due to the nature of some of our products being made to order and also being hand made by craftspeople it can sometimes take a few days more on certain items. Please note on all pebbles and slate items the turn around time is 10-14 days.
PLEASE NOTE PERSONALISED ITEMS AND BUSY PERIODS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, MOTHERS DAY ETC AND NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES CAN BE A LITTLE LONGER DUE TO THE VOLUME OF ORDERS
But most products dispatched within 5-7 working days which we are very proud of considering most items are manufactured once the order has been processed. Our small company prides itself on using UK suppliers and making fabulous UK products, who work hard and love what they do!
Although hand making something may take that extra day or two longer than buying something imported and sitting in a warehouse we feel the quality and uniqueness of the product will far outweigh that extra couple of sleeps!
We pride ourselves on getting orders to you on time which is in our world pretty fast considering it did not exist before your order :)
